Coaching is most appropriate for individuals who are seeking to learn new skills, enhance their life and learn more effective ways to reach their life goals.

Psychotherapy is meant to support individuals in addressing problematic thoughts, emotions & behaviors. After completing a comprehensive biological, psychological and social assessment, I utilize evidence based treatment approaches to help you address mental & emotional concerns.
